Yes, I offer emergency callout services for urgent issues like burst pipes or major leaks. Availability depends on my current schedule, but I'll always let you know honestly if I can get to you quickly.
Are you insured and qualified?
Absolutely. I'm NVQ-qualified, fully insured, and DBS-checked. I work with Gas Safe registered partners for any work requiring gas certification.
How do you charge for jobs?
I provide clear, upfront estimates before starting any work. For smaller repairs, I can often quote over the phone or via photos. Larger projects get a detailed written quote with no hidden costs.
Do you guarantee your work?
